Dear Members, here at NUSBSA we care about your well-being and supporting your life goals. Be it for career progress choices, health management and other significant personal aspirations, we know how helpful it can be to have mentors and coaches serve as guiding beacons enroute, bringing clarity on meandering paths and imparting navigation skills needed for reaching your life goals.

In collaboration with the International Coaching Federation Singapore, NUSBSA is facilitating a series of self-discovery & learning walks with ICF accredited coaches ready to bolster your next steps with their insights on

• How do we enjoy the process even when it gets tough
• Mental fitness and well-being strategies
• How can we build our support system and self-care routines
• How do we make tough decisions and manage expectations
• Celebrating our strengths, and taking pride in our unique journey, and honoring our personal choices

• NUS Alumni/Students - Free

Schedule

• 7.30am - 8.00am: Registration of BSA members and coaches 
• 8.00am - 8.30am: Introduction by ICF and NUSBSA
• 8.30am - 9.30am: Walk & Coach Experience Coaching along Marina Bay Sands
• 9.30am - 10.00am: Feedback & Close
• 10.00am onwards: Coffee/Tea in group (optional and at own expense)
